Medication and Refill Policies:
- You must notify your prescriber directly to request a refill at least ten (10) days in advance of running out of your medication.
- It is the patient’s responsibility to make sure prescriptions are being well-maintained and do not expire.
Continuation of Care:
- If least 6 months passes without a clinical evaluation or visit with Renbrook Center for Mental Health, the practice may discharge you as a patient.
Communication:
- With the exception of “Yes” and “No” text message responses to automated Yellow Schedule appointment reminders, Renbrook Center for Mental Health and its providers and staff do not use text messaging as a form of communication with patients.
- Options for communication are e-mail or telephone only.
- Renbrook Center for Mental Health does not provide urgent or emergency services. In the case of a psychiatric, medical, or any other emergency, please dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Insurance Coverage:
- We accept most insurance plans. You must report to your provider all of your insurance plans, including primary, secondary, and other plans, prior to services being rendered.
- Credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted as payment for any balances owed by the patient, such as copays and deductibles.
Self-Pay Patients:
- Payment for services rendered is due at the time of service. Credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted.
